Sarah Butler - Owner/Broker
Sarah Butler is the owner of Oceanic Realty and one of the most compassionate and valued leaders in the community of Stinson Beach. She has worked on the board of the school in Stinson and provided housing to many of the locals. She is also currently on the Board for the Stinson Beach Village Association. She works tirelessly making the town work and thrive. Sarah lost her office this year due to a fire and experienced an outpour of support and help throughout the state. Good will has returned to Oceanic Realty. She is a wonderful representative to any home.
Her values includes being “in the deal flow” injecting the Stinson Beach lifestyle into every single transaction. Together we are the number one team in Stinson Beach, but we also have quality relationships throughout the Bay Area allowing them to be the first to know about off-market sales and pocket listings.
